All services are subject to technical feasibility, site conditions, product availability, and applicable regulations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the website, including logos, graphics, text, images, technical documents, service descriptions, software, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of TopSpeed Electric Solutions and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party hardware, software, communication networks, or utility power supplies.
• Performance may vary based on site conditions, power quality, internet connectivity, vehicle compatibility, and manufacturer specifications.
• Certain products may carry warranties provided directly by their respective manufacturers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSpeed Electric Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages, business interruption, or loss of revenue or profits.
• Data loss, charging interruptions, or power supply failures.
• Vehicle manufacturer software issues or communication network failures.
• Improper use of charging equipment or damage caused by unauthorized modifications.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and legal access to the installation site.
• Ensuring adequate electrical infrastructure.
• Obtaining required permissions and approvals.
• Maintaining compliance with local electrical regulations.

Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ from those originally disclosed.

MAINTENANCE AND AMC SERVICES

Maintenance services and AMC coverage are subject to the scope defined in the respective service agreement. AMC services do not cover:

• Physical damage, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters.
• Third-party modifications or unauthorized repairs.
• Utility power failures.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Certain products, software platforms, payment gateways, or charging systems may be supplied by third-party manufacturers or vendors. TopSpeed Electric Solutions is not responsible for the performance, availability, or warranty obligations of third-party products beyond the scope agreed upon in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

• All invoices must be paid according to agreed payment terms.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• Additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if false information is provided, payment obligations are not fulfilled, services are misused, or any applicable laws or regulations are violated.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India.
