Scope of Service

AMC may include:

  • Preventive Maintenance Visits
  • Basic Health Checks
  • Software Monitoring
  • Technical Support
  • Fault Diagnostics

Services will be provided according to the AMC package selected.

Exclusions

AMC does not cover:

  • Spare Parts Replacement
  • Physical Damage Repairs
  • Vandalism
  • Theft
  • Flood, Fire, Lightning
  • Third-Party Damage
  • Grid Power Failures

Service Response

Response times depend on AMC package level and service location.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer shall:

  • Provide safe site access
  • Maintain power supply availability
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications

Termination

AMC may be terminated if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Equipment is altered without approval
  • Safety requirements are violated
