PRODUCTS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the following conditions are met:
- Product is unused and in pristine condition.
- Product remains in its original packaging with all protective wraps intact.
- Product is not damaged or altered in any manner.
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Installed EV Chargers (once bolted, wired, or commissioned).
- Customized Products or customized cable assemblies.
- Special Order Equipment imported or fabricated specifically for your project.
- Software Licenses and cloud billing platform credentials.
- AMC Services (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages already active.
- Consultancy Services once site surveys or project feasibility reports have been compiled.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may be approved under the following specific circumstances:
- Wrong product supplied (mismatching product order code).
- Product received damaged on arrival (claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with packaging photos).
- Product has manufacturer-confirmed technical defects that cannot be repaired under warranty terms.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control engineers, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back through the original payment method used during checkout.
INSTALLATION CHARGES
All service-related costs, including installation charges, site survey fees, commissioning labor, civil engineering work, travel, inspection, and administrative charges, are strictly non-refundable once service mobilization or work has commenced on site.
