Return & Refund Policy

Transparent policies regarding equipment sales, returns, and service cancellations.

PRODUCTS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unused and in pristine condition.
  • Product remains in its original packaging with all protective wraps intact.
  • Product is not damaged or altered in any manner.
  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Installed EV Chargers (once bolted, wired, or commissioned).
  • Customized Products or customized cable assemblies.
  • Special Order Equipment imported or fabricated specifically for your project.
  • Software Licenses and cloud billing platform credentials.
  • AMC Services (Annual Maintenance Contract) packages already active.
  • Consultancy Services once site surveys or project feasibility reports have been compiled.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be approved under the following specific circumstances:

  • Wrong product supplied (mismatching product order code).
  • Product received damaged on arrival (claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with packaging photos).
  • Product has manufacturer-confirmed technical defects that cannot be repaired under warranty terms.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control engineers, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back through the original payment method used during checkout.

INSTALLATION CHARGES

All service-related costs, including installation charges, site survey fees, commissioning labor, civil engineering work, travel, inspection, and administrative charges, are strictly non-refundable once service mobilization or work has commenced on site.
